I was represented by Luke Montgomery of the Montgomery Law Firm for a third party injury case. I never received updates or any information regarding my case after signing papers for him to be my attorney. Could never get ahold of him or get any legal help at all. Do not recommend them as it was a complete joke to know if they ever even worked the case at all. Sent an extensive email demanding a response if he was still on my case and a deadline and he never responded. He is off my case now and again I would never recommend this company as how they treated me. They then reached out from this review and claimed to have sent a letter to me in May that was never received and I called, texted, and sent emails multiple times with no response ever. This law firm does not keep you informed at all and I responded to their email when they reached out to me and they act like they have not received an email back and that’s because they never check or reach out. Hopefully they won’t treat other clients like this.
