Called into their office to request information on a consumer law case, the person answering the phone basically said oh we see you've called before. I'll pass the info along to someone but you should call the AG office. When I tried to explain that I was more looking to move forward with a litigation, he said well I'm gonna go because I don't really want to talk to you. And up. Talk about unprofessional.

We used the services of Montroll,Oettinger recently and received great guidance advice and counsel. The attorney that worked with us was Anthony Bramnick and his team of associates. They answered all questions, gave us great advice and prep before and following up, for weeks after our situation was successfully resolved.

I hired Rob Backus to battle an unlawful traffic violation. He knew it was bogus from the start and I suspected so as well. The judge quickly threw the case out once we had a hearing because of his extensive knowledge and expertise in this matter. He made a very good case. He was very kind, helpful, and confident and quickly got back to me when I had questions or concerns. I had plenty of questions and concerns and his replies were right to the point with comforting overtones which really helped my state of mind in these challenging times. Life is hard enough without having to worry about police injustice so it's good to know someone will go to bat for you when injustice strikes. He was also reasonably priced which just puts the icing on the cake. I would certainly hire him again if I ever had to!

BEWARE! We called to get info regarding setting up a last will and testament. After speaking with an intake person, I was told to please hold while she finds out if someone is available. Doug picks up asking again for information and throughout the conversation lost track of who we were, what we wanted, actually said "Uhh I've lost my train of thought...oh I just didn't know...." Then said my fees I think are about $250 an hour and we have templates, lots of templates to use" Who in their right mind would deal with this outfit???

Backus didn't even take the time to get all the facts before advising that he couldn't help me on a child support case. Smh.
