Hello, I would like to publicly thank the law firm Mooneram + Serres + Vivanco PA, and especially attorney Maria Vivanco and her entire staff. This is the second time they have represented me, this time in an immigration matter (the previous time it was for a home insurance issue). I am completely satisfied with their diligence, their professional and courteous treatment, and above all, I want to emphasize this, with the outcome. I am 100% satisfied and it exceeded all my expectations. They definitely know what they are doing. A special thanks to Selene, who is an excellent colleague.

Selene Jurado the legal assistant has a lot of attitude and is disrespectful. She’s not considerate of the customers and she stated “she knew that we were going to call back and change our decision.” Someone who is professional does not answer in this manner. She needs to hold her tongue and remember that she is talking to clients. Another issue, I have this with company is their claims assistant that stated “if you submit a claim your homeowners insurance company will not cancel your policy.” My policy was cancelled and they are promoting fake information to gain money. They don’t care at whose expense as long as they benefit. They will lie just to make commission. If they really were knowledgeable, they would not be stating information that isn’t true. Update 04/30/2024: Selene Jurado and her legal team tried to scam me and bill my insurance for $25,000 without my consent. They sent a document hoping I would not read it, to allow them to gain a $17,500 profit from this billing claim they were trying to put through. I read the document and confronted them about it and they didn’t know what to say. They act on their own and don’t care about their customers, they just want to make a profit. “Customers” are just a number to them. This is extremely unprofessional and embarrassing. Anyone who does business with this company… good luck.
