Office staff is rediculous. I never got a chance to speak with Melissa Moore because the office staff gave me the run around for 3 weeks asking me to email them forms, saying they would call me back multiple times but never did, then saying they needed more forms. In the end, they just referred me to another office. Total waste of time.

I’ve tried calling these people to set up an appointment as well as pay for a consultation but every time I call for the past two weeks someone picks up the phone doesn’t say anything for 4 to 10 seconds and then just hangs up clearly that’s not how you treat people and if that’s how you do business I’m glad y’all didn’t answer to begin with

Ghosted after promising a consultation call. Attorney skipped pre-scheduled consultation call twice without prior notification. They promised to reach out in a couple days with a set appointment time after I called them, which, surprise surprise, did not happen. I understand law firm decline cases, but some professionalism would be nice.
