TLDR: The receptionist is always rude and there was a delay in receiving my wire transfer from the sale of my home. I don't know if this is a rule for all title companies, but the receptionist is always rude. She always acted like it was an inconvenience for me to call and ask questions. There was also an issue receiving my funds after closing, which wouldn't be a big deal if I wasn't closing in another state the next day. My closing was at 9am, and I was told I would have my funds available within an hour. I kept checking my bank and by 12:30 the funds still weren't there. I called the title company at 2:30pm to ask what was going on, and the funds weren't submitted until after 12 (3 hours after my closing) and I was told at 4:30 there was an issue. I assume the issue was the account number, but I was never told. It was frustrating to deal with since I was driving to another state and didn't have access to my funds.

Explained everything well, and for that I would have given 5 stars. In 2020 though I expect to have digital copies of the documents that were signed, and even the blank ones would have sufficed. When I finally scanned the documents that were printed from digital documents they are not very clear.
