If you are seeking an attorney who excels in communication, time management, honesty, and genuinely cares about the outcome of your case, it may be prudent to explore alternative options beyond Jeff Moore. During the four months he handled my case, we only had one office meeting, and he never thoroughly reviewed the evidence against me. Whenever I attempted to express my concerns and feelings about the case, he consistently interrupted and spoke over me. I am extremely disappointed, as I initially had high expectations. Prior to hiring him, he presented a compelling narrative, but ultimately failed to deliver. Unfortunately, I suffered a significant financial loss of $5,000, and he failed to provide meaningful representation, consistently arriving late to court with excuses. Rather than conducting a thorough investigation, he waited for the prosecutor to offer deals. Moreover, he failed to appear at the initial court date, despite having prior knowledge of the schedule, and instead notified me of the rescheduling via phone call on the day of the hearing. His communication style was limited, relying on his secretary or assistant to request payments and provide reminders about court dates, which he consistently failed to attend punctually. In retrospect, I would advise against retaining his services, as the results may be comparable to those of a public defender. I regret not trusting my initial instincts and terminating his services after he failed to appear at the first court date, which was a significant red flag. Save your time and money.
