Dan helped me quickly settle an auto insurance claim I presented to him that was about to reach its statute of limitations. He was very responsive, had a great personality, was wonderful to work with, and helped me reach a settlement that was better than expected for both myself and my children. I recently used Dan as a mediator in a complex multi party case. Despite a horrible first session ( one defendant without adequate authority) Dan kept working behind the scenes. I'd give them a negative score, if possible. I called his office several times -- excuse, but his secretary would have him call me back, followed by excuse, but he would return my call, followed by, he's been tied up, but will call me, followed by, you're still on the radar, etc. In the meantime my husband died a very tragic death.
