Emilio is an attorney who is able to communicate clearly with his clients from the initial consultation to the final moments of the case closing. Whereas other attorneys may not be as inclined to assure a positive outcome, Emilio was reassuring from the initial consultation. Despite the fact that the outcome itself was not a best case scenario of a dismissal or even a lowered offense, Emilio proved his experience as a long-standing attorney in the Chicagoland area and provided clear, concise advisory along the way.
He is the right person whom everybody needs to contact who were in need of attorney with any concern you got ,I’m so worried and it’s affecting my health too by getting so tensed thinking about what’s gonna happen as it’s my first appearance in court for misdemeanor ,he gave me the strength to get strong and finally cleared two of my tickets ,I feel like thanks is not just enough to attorneys like Emilo Moretti ,I’m glad we all have attorneys like Moretti

I moved from Illinois last year and went to get a drivers license in South Carolina. I was told Illinois had a hold on my license. I attempted to resolve it with both the Cook County Clerk and the Secretary of State to no avail. Illinois continued to allow me to renew my license since then with no issue. I reached out to Emilio Morretti for assistance. He came through in a big way. Turns out they were two fail to appear traffic tickets from 1984. They are not even on the Cook County system anymore as they were so old. After several calls and visits to both he was able to get before a judge to get them dismissed and Illinois removed the hold. I don’t know what I would have done without him. I highly recommend Emilio for any legal issues you may have.
Once again today I had court for a traffic stop(moving violation) and Mr. Moretti did an amazing job couldn’t ask for a better text this morning “case dismissed” I didn’t even have to take the day of work. I drive for a living so for me my license is my life and to have a lawyer like Mr. Moretti always there for me is just so appreciative. Do not hesitate to call Mr. Moretti!

But that’s ok...<br>Despite that, however, I’m sorry you that you were disappointed with the services I provided.<br>When you first contacted me about your traffic ticket in Cook County, I was straight forward<br>with you like I always am with any prospective client who calls:<br>- I informed you that you were charged with a petty offense and could have handled it on your<br>own by setting your own court date and going to court.<br>- I informed you that if the police officer who issued the ticket to you did not show, the ticket<br>would likely be dismissed.<br>- I informed you that if the officer did show, you would either have to plead guilty, or plead not<br>guilty and have a trial.<br>- I informed you if you pled guilty, or were found guilty, you would be subject to a fine,<br>mandatory court costs and, depending on your driving record, a chance to keep the offense off<br>your record.<br>-A week later, you contacted me again to tell me you wanted to hire me. I again went over the<br>possible outcomes, and you wanted to hire me anyway.<br>-I quoted you what I felt was a very reasonable low flat rate for my services, and that my fee<br>would not include any potential fine that you might have to pay. Based on your heart emoji<br>response to my fee quote, it appeared to me that you understood, and had no issue with it.<br>So then, I set a court date for you; I appeared in court for you so you would not have to, and<br>resolved your case just like I explained it to you:<br>The officer showed up to court, I negotiated a $30 fine plus mandatory court costs, and court<br>supervision, which meant the charge would not go on your record as a conviction. Afterward, I<br>reported the result to you, provided you with information on how to pay your fine and thanked<br>you for the opportunity to represent you.<br>So, again, I am sorry that you were disappointed with the services I provided, and I’m sorry that<br>you think my services were over-priced, but after explaining everything to you extensively, and<br>you being fine with the fee I quoted, I’m a bit confused about your review. So, I strongly<br>encourage you to contact me to discuss.
