I would not recommend working with Morgan Hill based on my experience. My first attorney did not respond to messages for months and was later no longer with the firm. The replacement attorney was responsive but appeared overextended. I needed independent support on a complex legal matter, but instead I found myself managing the process. After spending a significant amount of money, there was no meaningful progress or resolution. I’m disappointed in the cost, but more disappointed that the firm couldn’t deliver on what I needed. It is worth noting that there was no opposing party in my case, it was a legal matter all parties supported.

Nothing short of amazing! I hired Rob Hill for my divorce with children. He is extremely knowledgeable and tactful with his approach. At times where I was taking fire from the other side and wanted to fire back, he helped me stay calm and focus on the big picture. He's a master strategist and from day one through 5 years of nasty mudslinging that ended in trial, he always helped me stick to the plan adjusting as necessary. During the most stressful and scary experience of my life, he helped me protect my young children and avoid falling for her traps. The result was a divorce trial that ruled in my favor in every single facet including most importantly full custody of my 5/8 yr old children (new born/3 when the divorce started), multiple bogus DVPO claims by her were all denied, all real property retained, fair child support ordered to be paid to me, all past debts of over 40k ordered to be paid to me and almost 35k in attorney fees ordered to be paid to me. This ruling was a miracle in my opinion and was delivered from the court on my 45th birthday. If you want someone who will fight in a smart strategic way to help you protect what matters most to you, Rob is your guy! I couldn't recommend him any higher!
