DO NOT TRUST THESE ATTORNEYS. Attorney William Griffith was assigned for my Realestate case. He completely miss-guided me for his own financial benefit , by complicating the process . He accepted counterclaims from Opposite counsel that were not at all related to the property in litigation. He worked me behind my back with the opposite counsel. Proceeded with all kinds of discoveries that again were NOT related to the property in litigation and out of jurisdiction . When I had red flags about the counter claim for which I was very transparent and in good standing , the opposite Attorney dropped the counterclaim . At that point I asked Attorney Griffith William to send me all the documentation in his possession . After asking for the documentation , Attorney Griffith dropped my case very quickly . When I received the documents from him , I have found documentation he has received from the opposite Attorney but William Griffith did NOT share with me , instead he proceeded with a huge discovery for his own financial benefit. He basically hided documents from me . Based on that and the entire miss leading, I have send requests after request to recover my Attorney fees back $29,450 I paid to this Attorney , money for which I have received an entire manipulation and nothing else than that . My email requests were forwarded also to Mr.Chase but I never heard from him. Attorney Griffith refused to refund . Please be aware and seek legal advice from another Law office . This was a scam for me and a huge financial loss , I now have to take legal actions against Attorney William Griffith and Morinaka Chase for legal malpractice.

Very disappointed with this law firms lack of communication and service. Upon request by this law firm, I submitted my legal concern, documents and pictures as pertaining to my case. They informed me they would get back in touch after they reviewed the case. Over the following month I called them several times and left message seeking further information of how they may be able to assist me with the case. They never responded to my calls. They did not even have the common curtesy to call me and explain that they either did not have the legal expertise to handle the case or that they were unwilling to handle it due to its volatile nature.

I was referred to Morinaka Schworm by the Oregon state bar. After spending ~30 minutes over the phone for an intake, I was told my situation would be reviewed and I would receive a call from a lawyer. I waited three days for a call but that never occurred. I called back on the 4th day and was told I would be getting a call that day. Once again, no call or response. It is very disappointing that when one is in need and looking for legal guidance that this organization does not have the decency or professionalism to respond. I would avoid this place and not waste any of your time. This is especially true if you are in distress or need of help immediately.
