⚠️**Caution Regarding My Experience with This Firm**⚠️ I recently filled out a form on their website, hoping to receive assistance with my situation. Unfortunately, the follow-up call I received was deeply disappointing. The representative I spoke with exhibited a lack of empathy and professionalism, cutting our conversation short with the remark that she "couldn't get a word in edgewise" and, therefore, wouldn't be able to assist me. I approached this interaction with the hope of finally receiving guidance for a challenging predicament, but instead, I was left feeling dismissed, belittled, and unheard. It appeared as though my attempt to share crucial information was misinterpreted as an interruption, rather than an effort to provide context for my case. The tone and approach of the individual I spoke with made an already difficult situation even more disheartening. I believe a professional in this field should strive to demonstrate understanding and care for potential clients, as these values are central to offering meaningful support. Unfortunately, this was not my experience, and I left the interaction feeling undervalued and disrespected. I would urge others to proceed with caution when considering this firm, as my experience suggests there is definitely room for improvement in their approach to client interactions.
