I discovered the law firm of Morrison & Hughes, where Mr. Nick Ponzio is an associate attorney, following an injury that I sustained while on the job, and Mr. Ponzio worked on my case for nearly two years. We were finally able to settle the case recently because Mr. Ponzio was able to negotiate a settlement that allowed me to have some closure with a case that could have otherwise potentially dragged on for more than just two years. The one thing that I discovered about working with Mr. Ponzio and his law firm is that I was able to receive the personal attention that those other big law firms that have their ads on television and other media outlets are not able to offer their clients. Not to cast aspersions on any other law firms, I'm quite certain that most of them are just great. However, judging from my personal experiences, I have often discovered that I tend to get more personal attention dealing with a law firm such as Morrison & Hughes where I'm not just some a number. Attorneys are often working on multiple cases simultaneously while performing several other tasks. The majority of the time, you might be dealing with a paralegal rather than the attorney that is assigned to you. Mr. Ponzio is quite knowledgeable and was very instrumental in assisting me to navigate the challenges that I faced with my workers comp case. Even when I was feeling overwhelmed and stressed out, he was there to listen to me vent about what was going on with the other side. Never once did he make me feel that I was monopolizing his time, and for that I will always be grateful to him. Workers compensation cases are very complex cases and can be quite challenging. Therefore, having an attorney like Mr. Ponzio whose expertise includes dealing with such cases is essential. He understands the inner workings of these cases from both points of view since he has several years of practicing from both sides of the isle. Mr. Ponzio has experiences representing the corporation as well as the injured client, thus it is one of the reasons I feel comfortable recommending Mr. Ponzio and his law firm for your next injury case. Although the firm has several main offices to serve the metro Atlanta area, I happen to like their Alpharetta/ Roswell office because it is very centrally located and easily accessible.

My experience with Morrison and Hughes game me comfort in what was a fearful time. The stress of going through a work injury, the loss wages, the need to focus on the injury itself is overwhelming.
