How can they help anyone if they don’t answer phones or call back! And they’re Ogden office is inaccessible and shows no sign of anyone even working there! Seriously!!

At the beginning of my journey they were great, but in the last 4 months it has been a joke. Having fave people robots answering and then you talk to it and they still don’t help you. Instead they text you back: how can we help you? You text them back but they don’t text you back. I’m almost done paying them off and I can’t wait to be done with them. They need a real person for the front desk or something. I believe that if you have the right customer service you will get better reviews and you will feel better about making people want to do more with your business. I’ve done Customer service and I ALWAYS do my best in all that I can do, but if I can’t I do get my supervisor or manager. It’s just what I DO

So I have 2 friends go through this company and for the price that they charge you would think they would be good. One friend hired them for a criminal case and a divorce case the other hired them for a custody case. Both of them got screwed over and I was present for both of there cases. I would not recommend this company for any case that needs to be resolved. There just there to get paid and not help of fight for there clients.

They know their stuff, they are kind, consistent, respond very quickly, and supportive. They treat you like a real person and make you feel comfortable while going through an uncomfortable situation. They don’t answer the phone

Straight scam artists. They told me I could do a chapter 13 and itd be a fixed rate of $100 + a processing fee of $3.99, ok great. Then let me know id have to pay out of my taxes $1039 or so, ok great no issue. Paid ever penny on time and almost always year later I get a call "hey we are canceling your case because you didn't pay your tax amount", uhh yes the heck i did in 2 payments over $600, they look and boom they see it but they labeled it apparently wrong in the system so used it for the monthly payments AND increased the cost to $300/month and claimed they notified me, where is said correspondence? Mystically no one knows but they "sent it out", why was it not mentioned the dozens of times I called? No one knows. These people aren't here to help you they are here to milk you dry then cancel cases at the end DO NOT WORL WITH THEM.

I had a great experience working with MLG for my chapter 7 bankruptcy. Everything was very straight forward and easy. I worked with Bella and Lindsay and they were awesome.

Previously had a fair experience. Tried reaching out for another type of inquiry and have not been helped. I was told multiple times a paralegal would contact me, by the front desk. No one has reached out in over two months and I have checked back multiple times.

** CONSUMER BEWARE** Do you research before using this law firm. I wish I would have done a little more research. They nickel and dime you to do anything on your bankruptcy case. They don't have timely email repsonse time, and even when they respond they don't give you correct information. They don't asnwer the phones. Very unprofessional.

All I have to say is Steve beat my case. He was very patient with everything and really showed out for my hearings. 10 out of 10 for me.

Very unprofessional law firm. Still getting hounded by creditors after being discharged.... Nothing's been done. We call and call, send email after email and nothing gets done, no one responds and if they do, all they say is that it'll be fixed.... Yet nothing has. I feel like going through them has ruined our lives. We can't move forward with anything because it says we're still active yet we have paperwork to prove otherwise. How is this possible???????? Why does NO ONE ANSWER DURING BUSINESS HOURS????????

Great people when you need a good lawyer.

First and foremost his phone secretary seems to be amazing.HOWEVER, This bankruptcy trustee is EXTREMELY a difficult to work with. His mannerisms and the way he talks to people are incredibly biased and prejudice. This man is not a trustee that I trust through my extremely difficult situation. I wish of all the bankruptcy attorneys that can be appointed as a trustee. I wish I did not have to have the dishonor and displeasure to be working with this trustee. Trustees are a person that are trusted to guide a person through a difficult bankruptcy. And a difficult time in their life. This man it's supposed to be governing me to help me clear matter so I can get a fresh start. However the last thing I feel that I can do at this time or anytime in my life let alone in this bankruptcy is trust this lawyer. Or better yet trust this trustee. Based on the limited interaction I've had with him already. He is extremely untrustworthy and a man that shows as I said before prejudice and bias towards people based on my personal interactions. And that's all I can go by but from what I know of him and my interactions with him. EXTREMELY NEGATIVE.
