UNPROFESSIONAL,RUDE & LIARS This law office ripped my mother off!!! They collected the fee and then once the last payment was made they then informed her she didn't have enough debt to file. So in order to NOT refund her money they told her to file a dismissal that now shows negatively on her credit report. When I called in, Earl said he assumed Mr Martinez handled her file and then proceeded to tell me he could not provide his contact information. I would never refer anyone there!!!

This firm helped me stop an 11th our foreclosure sale when other firms said it was too late. Their office manager, Katie, was beyond helpful in getting everything together, so all the paperwork was in order. Mr. Martinez has made me feel confident that the outcome will be me keeping my home. They did not handle my case very well. Extremely messy lawyers there and I felt like I was doing their job. I had 1 attorney then they transferred another 1 to me in the middle of the case. The 2nd attorney I had was rude to me when I didn’t understand something & would question it. She kept forgetting things I would tell her and I would need to tell her again - more than a couple times. Should have fired them in the beginning.
