I was in an accident on Friday 13 June 2025 on I-44 westbound near the Jerome exist. I hydroplanned my truck and hit a guardrail before the over pass, called for police assistance. Thank God I was the only one involved in accident and nobody hit me or that I caused others to be hit. State police arrived, assest the accident and I was given a citation for the accident in which I had to appear in court. I call Moser Law office since accident was in Phelps County and court was in Rolla, Mo. Mr Mozer took my case for the accident. I received a phone call today from Mr Moser stating my case was dismissed and will not be charged for the accident. I want to thank Mr. Moser and his team for the professionalism and care in handling my issue. Attorney Tom Moser has been exemplary to work with. He is a very nice man, very knowledgeable, and took the time to explain everything thoroughly. He was able to reduce a traffic violation to 0 points and have another violation dismissed. And he was able to have our court date dismissed, as we live three states away. He interacted with us by phone and email, and we did not even have to come to Missouri to work with him. He relieved so much stress for us. Hiring him was definitely a blessing. I called Tom on a Friday @ 4:00. I need representation and I needed it ASAP. Tom wasn't in office and out of town, office staff was extremely efficient and courteous in having Tom get back to me within 30 minuets of initial contact with his office staff, again at 4:30 on a Friday. On Monday Tom me sorted out before 2pm. I hired him last year and he went above and beyond. I was living out of state and he was super responsive every time I had a question or concern. He was very upfront and knowledgeable and did absolutely stellar work for me. I cannot recommend him enough. His prices are really reasonable and transparent and he let me pay in 2 installments which was really helpful. Ended up being very thankful that I hired him.

Mr Moser has represented me in 2020 and again in 2022. Both of which I fell behind on some payments and the debt got sent to collections. Both in 2020 and in 2022 he got me a low pay off. I paid off the debt and it helped my credit score tremendously!
