I am very grateful to the Mossman Law Office, in particular Barbara and Heather for their professional work and dedication in resolving my case and helping me get my disability pension successfully resolved in a positive way. They guided me through the whole process with patience and clear explanations. What touched me the most was their legal support and kindness. I was looking for services April 3rd. I got denied services May 1st. That was completely fine. That day I received and email that my CD file which I needed to try to get representation from elsewhere would be mailed out that day. I finally called around the 13th and was put on hold and sent to a voicemail. I left a voicemail that I needed it back and to please call me. I just received the CD today and no communication otherwise. I find that very unprofessional.

This is a great firm. They have been handing a disability claim for us and are doing a fantastic job. We had our hearing almost 2 weeks ago and are awaiting the decision. Feeling very positive!

The staff is very polite and helpful with all my needs, which made things so easy for me on my case, as well as my paralegal and my attorney. Brittany Ocampa is the nicest caring person that understands and works very hard. She is very understanding of situations that involve un fairness and bad faith/biased practices in the court of law. She has been the best and involved so far more than anyone in that office. She really does care about people with permanent disability problems and mental health.

They would not even look at my application because they wouldn't be able to file for the full amount (I had already filed the paper work so they'd basically just get paid to wait until the decision) After I jumped through hoops to prove that no other firm would be filing for payment and to send them all of my medical documentation I find out that because of my age they refused to even look at my file before making a decision.

I would like to say thanks to the amazing staff at Mossman Law. They did a fantastic job with my Disability case. The outcome could not have been better due to their hard work and due diligence. Barb & the team at Mossman Law exceeded my expectations. My case went all the way up to the Supreme Court, and because of Mossman Law, I had a favorable decision. When Social Security disability was only looking at my age and not my multiple health conditions, Barb & her team never stopped fighting for me. Now I can concentrate more on my health. Was refered to them for Disability Help for a friend. Went in with paperwork. They never even opened the envelope of medical papers. Said they won't take the case. Now wont even give a straight answer and lost a disc with medical reports on it. Lousy outfit

Heather and Barbara teamed up to handle my case. I communicated mostly with Heather, who was empathetic, understanding and most importantly to me, responsive. I spent over 30 years serving clients in a demanding profession and I value responsiveness, candor and a can-do approach. I’ve been dealing with Long-COVID for quite a while now, going up against the Private LTD company and applying / working with SSA which is where Heather, Barbara and Mossman Law Office came into play. They laid out the process and timeline early on, so there were no surprises. They nor I were surprised to be initially rejected, but we presented additional evidence and ultimately were approved. It’s a relatively new area, and some aspects are difficult to prove, but we did, thanks to Heather and Barbara at Mossman, along with a multi-disciplinary team of physicians I’ve been grateful to work with. Still hoping this is temporary, but nonetheless grateful for the prayers and support of professionals like Mossman. .

Taylor and her team assisted my wife in getting her disbility for her genetic brain condition in like 2021. I was a very needy client. They answered my endless questions with grace and kindness. They did us a huge favor at the end of the case and didn't ask for much in return. Taylor's team knows what they're doing and was vital to our ability to be approved for SSDI. Thanks again!
