My Lawyer Will, was on point. He was very professional and straightforward. When I say straightforward he told it to me straight and in no way made me feel embarrassed. I called him and hired with about 4 days before my divorce and custody case. He handled it and stood his ground with the judge very professionally. He had copies of the laws to support his argument incase there was any lack or misinterpretation of the law. He kept reassuring me throughout the whole process. I've never met a lawyer so squared away and not afraid to stand on business when it comes to a clients right. I highly suggest Will, as always be straightforward and honest with him. As I stated before at no time did he make me feel hopeless. I can't express it enough. Will is the real deal. Thank you Will I really appreciate you.

I was looking for an attorney for a civil matter. Unfortunately they could not help me with it but they did some research and found an attorney that is actually suing the same company that is suing me. The time they took to give me this information and refer me to attorneys was greatly appreciated. Can't thank them enough for their effort. All other attorneys in Bentonville blew me off. I used Ben Crabtree for my custody case and he was AMAZING. Can't recommend him enough. He walked me through the entire process and was very straightforward with everything that was happening throughout the case.

I only spoke to the receptionist; the lawyer never called me back to offer a consultation. The receptionist assumed $300 an hour was too expensive for me and said I would be better off dealing with the matter on my own. Response: That’s not how it happened my dude. And if that was the case, then He Would have scheduled a call or consult for a later date. I’m glad you showed how unprofessional this office really is. I will not be recommending your services to anyone else.

Absolutely the most respectful understanding individuals

I have a disabled son that receives therapy at a clinic that shares a parking lot with this law firm. I frequently park in spots assigned to this law firm as there aren’t enough spots outside my sons clinic that are close to the entrance of the clinic. One of the attorneys complained about me parking in one of their spots. I am in that spot for about 2-5 minutes. They have several other spots that are designated for the law firm that are never taken at the early hour I drop my son off. The world is unkind enough to children with disabilities, do you really need to give a special needs parent grief about parking in one of your spots?
