Released my first lawyer after months of nothing being done and hired Moye Law Attorney we had our first meeting and he said this is a bullcrap charge they have on you then he said we will lose our case in south charleston they want court cost but after we lose there he said he would appeal it to a real classified judge at a higher court the judge would look at your case laugh at it and dismiss it we win so 2 days later my court hearing in south charleston started at 5:00 so i set in waiting room to go into the court room and about 5:30 my lawyer Dave Moye comes to where i was waiting and had me to come out in hallway there and then he said heres the deal its a good one better take it i was floored after him telling ne 2 days pryor its a win win now he's telling me to take the deal they was offering if not it would be more troubles for you down the road he said its a good deal for who not me so i had no other choice i thought that was my last resort Dave Moye was in that courtroom at 5:00 discussing with the judge, prosecutor, and the police officers with all them and i was 2 doirs down didnt step one foot in that courtroom to listen or argue my case i was blind sided and confused abd out $4000.00 i pd mote firm for my win win he said yes it sure was a win win for moye law office and i had not a say in it in the courtroom cause i wasnt invited to my own court case he done the deal himself i didnt and didnt even get to hear all the lies behind those closed doors that for some reason i wasnt invited to my own court hearing. Isnt this called i scratch your back judge and police officers back and then the lawyer gets his present from them down the line we he needs something but for me i had around $8000.00 dollars in this case that was going on for over a year and 4 months Cost me $8000.00 in cash and 2 Pistols That the officer took for No reason i wasnt arrested and demanded to take me to a drug test or blood work nope nothing so i lost close to $10,000.00 dollars in my case and couldnt even set in the courtroom at my own court hearing and plead my case wich Dave Moye said its a win win cant lose this case. He didnt i did.
