This team is polished to the pinnacle. I thoroughly shopped the Twin Cities to find the right firm for my case and serendipitously landed on MSB as the last one I interviewed - I hit the jackpot. By this I mean expectations were exceeded both in the settlement, which is the ultimate goal of course, and with the level of passion and professionalism they carried throughout the partnership. Alex was my attorney, and for being in his early years of practicing law he's already an All-Pro. Of course he enlisted the seasoned partners as needed to leverage their experience and expertise which is only acquired through relationships, repetition and time, but he took the lead as my counsel and counselor every step of the way. It all stems from the top, and I had the privilege of experiencing this first-hand in working with the Founding Partner Chris as well. What truly stood out the most was my involvement every step of the way. From the major decisions to the minutia, I was the one who always had the final say and made the last call. I could not have asked of more from them and could not think more highly of them. Granted, this is my first and hopefully only time working with an employment law firm, but it's my firm believe (pun intended) that you'll be hard-pressed to find a better one.
