Was told someone from the firm would reach out to me in a couple days. It's been two weeks and still haven't heard from them. Call them back and got "oops, sorry we never got around to it."

Oh my goodness, MSK Attorneys was literally the best for my immigration case. I had no idea what I was doing or what to expect and they were so detailed and helpful every step of the way. This is an extremely overwhelming process but working with Brian and Olivia made everything 100x times better. My husband received his work permit within a month and his green card within three, which is usually unheard of. Thank you for making this process as easy and bearable as possible. Highly recommend!

Speaking on the phone was professional but, when I went through the retainer they sent me it was nuts. It’s a one sided retainer which puts your money in a escrow account which they won’t draw from, problem is, they also have a clause that gives the firm a raise if they choose, in pay and if you disagree they can take the retainer and there released for what you hired them for in the first place. Beware bad agreements unless you want to shovel the funds over at the firms whim. I own a company and have been dealing with lawyers for 40 years and I have never seen anything like this in my life time. They have total control once they’re hired be careful.

They were the only place who were honest and upfront about the price which gave me piece of mind knowing the cost wouldn’t spiral out of control like many of the other lawyers/firms I contacted initially. I contacted numerous individual immigration lawyers in Vermont who wouldn’t even give me a shred of information until I payed their fee, maybe that’s how it is with lawyers but it felt downright rude to me. Also completely unwillingly to talk about price, even in the vaguest of terms. Absolutely phenomenal group of professionals. Requested for assistance with visa process for my family member, which was very very VERY complicated. Despite of difficult circumstances, like COVID, they did AMAZING job. They are always on top of their work, responding to my inquiry quickly, and working hard to achieve my needs. I was little frustrated once because there was no progress at one point due to huge delay in NVC. But, MSK attorneys was very understandable and explained what was going on. FYI: We finally received visa and are very happy :) Overall, if you are looking for reliable and professional attorneys, then MSK Attorneys is what I would highly recommend.
