Attorney Munoz's understanding of the justice system in Pima County, together with his brutal honesty with me as a client saved me from what could have been a wrongful prosecution/conviction situation with charges that could have barred me from gainful employment or institutions of higher education for the rest of my life. He will fight aggressively for the best possible outcome in any situation. Despite the sticker shock from the retainer fee, it was comparable to other firms and looking back how do you put a price on your life. I would hire him again!

I truly hate giving negative reviews much less abysmal onesl, but Mr Munoz's horrific attitude, refusal to even attempt to work with a potential client who had 2/3rds of his fee in cash, and inconsistency by promising a second free consultation and then refusing all left me with no other option than this one star rating. I took his advice and gave the public defender a chance (who was just terrible at his job as well) before coming back for another consult that according to him would occur before i would have to hand him months of savings and the largest car loan on my only car that I could recieve (i can probably kiss my miata goodbye as well now too so ill probably be a felon without a car which is just how he treated me to begin with.) When i contacted him for the consult he made me feel like i wasnt even a human being, i was just a dollar sign who only had 3,000 dollar signs instead of 5. So now because I took Mr Munoz's advice i am extremely close to a court date with absolutely no lawyer starting from scratch feeling like a worthless, insignificant poor person (at least in his eyes.) My boyfriend had Munoz win a capital case for him about 20 years ago, but it seems that Mr Munoz has let the fact that he is a supposedly wonderful lawyer go to his head and rob him of his compassion or even common courtesy So to sum it up, find a different lawyer so you don't end up screwed like me. I realize that i am to blame for the charges I recieved and take full responsibility for the situation that led to me receiving them (though I am not guilty and will never cop to something I didnt do, it was my fault for not seeing what was happening around me,) but Mr Munoz's false advice and insincere promises have probably put the final nail in the coffin where my freedom will be buried. My 1st even brush with the law and Im going to be a first time felon at 30. Not that munoz would care, he made that extremely evident.

Horrible service Alejandro Muñoz is sarcastic and rude. Will never refer anyone to him. Does not show intrest in doing whats best for his clients. BAD BAD BAD !
