We reached out to this law firm for a consultation regarding a car accident, and unfortunately had a very negative experience. As soon as the attorney heard our names, his tone changed, and he made an inappropriate comment suggesting that “your community use accidents to get rich.” We found this remark offensive, unprofessional, and discriminatory. We expected respectful guidance and fair treatment, but instead felt humiliated by the way we were addressed. My kids & I were involved in an horrific auto accident. Shaken up and in quite a bit of pain for sure, and with so much going on I did some research on the Best team to handle this situation with me.
