I really hope, that no other family has to go through what we have gone through in 2023 & 2024!! Truly ! This firm and these lawyers, are careless, reckless, and could cost you and your family A Lot of money. With their 'work' and the subsequent need to un-do their work. They do not keep their clients or beneficiary's needs, in focus, or top-of-mind. BEWARE
I'll be seeing you soon
Great people
This woman is also a family law facilitator trying to give clients her business card after giving wrong information. In my situation she gave me terrible advice and made me feel like I was screwed with child support. If I would have taken her advice my child support would have doubled, which she hoped for so I would go for an appeal with her business. Money hungry lawyer using her position as a free family law facilitator for the county to manipulate uneducated individuals in hopes to make more $$.
Probably fine if you want to spend $4000+ for a boilerplate document, plus several thousand more for any changes you want to discuss or incorporate. Don’t expect a creative approach to tax efficient estate planning, they provide a ‘one size fits all’ document irrespective of your wealth categories. Perhaps clients with 8 figure estates receive better service.
We hired Mullen & Henzell to help us obtain conservatorship of our severely disabled daughter. We were quoted a price of roughly $4,000 "maybe a little more with court fees". We received a bill for $8,902.69 Their communication was poor and there were aspects of the case that they had little or no knowledge of.
Great people
The law offices here are quite helpful with setting up my will and helped me along the steps of being able to work though legal matters. It's just a bit hard to get a hold of who you need to cause they are always super busy.
A complicated and time sensitive project was accomplished accurately, timely and effectively. A great team. Scott N. Wilson, CPA
