My son was in a bad accident and as I was researching options to get him help, I found Mullen and a Mullen has excellent reviews online. I made one call and ended up getting connected to Matt. Matt is truly an amazing person and as we spoke he was thorough, thoughtful, and really helped me to better understand the complexities of my son's situation and things to look out for. Honestly, I felt as though I was talking to one of my dearest, smartest, and most thoughtful longtime friends. I will always remember how kind Matt was & is to me. If (heaven forbid) my family ever has to deal with this type of situation in the future, Matt at Mullen and Mullen will be my first phone call. Thank you for everything!

Well - I initially just left a one star but after seeing the response from the owner I thought I would elaborate. I contacted this law firm and spoke with Mike Foster. After explaining my situation to him, he gave me a "thumbs up" via text and didn't respond for DAYS. I texted him this morning stating I will be continuing my search for a different lawyer considering he was unresponsive. It is now the end of the day and he finally responded (right AFTER I posted this review), saying they are unable to help. I understand why this firm declined to help but the negligence and unprofessionalism is why I chose this rating; which is even more justified now, considering the owner is currently claiming I "never contacted the firm" without verifying with their employees.
