How can you say you are an immigrant law firm and the lawyer and the people work there do not speak Spanish for one thing. Just trying to collect money just to push some papers around.
Mr. Long,<br><br>As an experienced immigration law firm, we help clients who speak languages from all around the world. Although we would of course love to hire people that speak all kinds of languages such as Spanish, Urdu, Punjabi, Vietnamese, etc., at this time we have an attorney who speaks Arabic and a paralegal with basic Spanish abilities. Despite this, we have been able to successfully help literally thousands of clients (including many Spanish speaking clients) that needed our help. Just this week, we received an approval for a father of six children who would have been separated from his family if his waiver wasn’t approved, and another client whose career would have been ruined if we didn’t help her get work authorization in time. If we cannot help a client due to a language barrier, we request an interpreter or refer them to another attorney who can help. We aim to never leave anyone hanging, and we help as many immigrants as we can with utmost care. We will be sure to consider your opinion as we expand our firm in the future, and we thank you for your feed back.
