Called and left a message requesting a consultation. They called me back after a couple of days just to tell me that they couldn't give me any consultation. Asked what was the reason and the lady in the other line just told me that they didn't gave her the reason why they couldn't give me the consultation. Just don't advertise "consultation" if you don't want to do it. Just don't waste people's time.
