Bad service and the lady who answered me was very rude. Don't come, they treat you badly. Very bad service. The lady who answered sounded upset, and I asked her to please send me a Gmail account of my files, but she never sends it. They treat people badly, and I lost a lot of money with this lawyer, and he did nothing. 👎🏼

IMPORTANT IF YOU'RE THINKING OF HIRING HIM: I don't recommend him; don't be fooled. He charged me 4,000 for his services for a simple status adjustment that didn't have much evidence because he didn't bother to investigate. Being a novice at the time and ignorant, I didn't pay him any attention because he told me it was a super easy case. After I paid him all that money, which didn't even include the form fees, he refused to answer my questions. He wanted me to pay him another 4,000 to tell me something another lawyer had already told me for free: "They denied the case." Another guy named José Luis, you can find him on Facebook as "JJ Migration Services" (he has a black logo with two J's and a picture of a woman on his profile), helped me with my case. He only charged me 2,000, and we submitted a well-prepared case. Everything was approved quickly, whereas with this charlatan, I waited a year and got nothing but a work permit, which was then denied. He couldn't answer my other questions and just kept saying, "Pay me another 4,000." Shameless old man.

We kept calling, and each time the secretary answered, she told us she would let the lawyer know and he would call us back or email us, but that never happened. Mr. Bogado, if you don't have time to handle all the cases, expand your firm. That way, we could understand your help to all those who need your services. Don't go around advertising on the radio as if you're a service for everyone who needs it.

In my case, I'm grateful to this law firm because I won. I'm one step closer to getting my residency. Sometimes it's not the lawyers who are the problem, but the cases themselves, which aren't credible. They tell a story without any basis or evidence, and then come up with something else entirely. Then it's not the lawyer's fault, it's theirs, and the easiest thing to do is blame the lawyer. I'm very satisfied with what they've done for me, my daughter, and my husband.

I called them and they didn't follow up; we employees have no say in the matter, we're just there for convenience.
