The whole truth to the matter is once you've been damaged to a certain extent.....nobody can help you, you are stuck in a poorly designed system that you can not win. A 10 year hell on earth and not done yet. Just need to be finished so I can afford insurance that just maybe, can help me where that is not what comp is for...its to beat you down until you will accept anything to get away from them. I am sorry I was such an asshole....nobody believes a system as poor as this exists

I hired Laura Beth murphy as my attorney on a workman's comp case. My suggestion to you is to stay far far away, the most worthless attorney ever, never calls you back can't ever reach her in the office. I always had to deal with paralegals on my case, and got next to nothing as far as money goes. Worthless and uncaring for her clients. In hindsight I should have gone to Parrish DeVaughn, she absolutely failed me and my family but she still made her money, she will always make her money at your expense. No way would I recommend her to anybody, very shady....
