Mr. Craig Murphy is a very knowledgable person and good person. He is the person I want on my side in a legal matter. We dealt with a Nevada casino... let me just say.. DON'T fall in a casino. Casinos are horrible. But Mr. Murphy did his best and we appreciate him. God bless you Mr. Craig Murphy. May God's hand be upon you .

Rich: Thank you so much for your kind words and encouragement. I really do appreciate it. The unfortunate thing is that even when there is what one would consider clear liability on the part of a casino, they deny your claim. They then defend and delay the case as long as they can. They search every medical record in your past and attack you trying to make you feel as if you did something wrong because you got hurt due to their negligence. Their goal is to beat you into submission and increase their profits despite the human costs to the injured person. It is truly a "profits over people" mentality, and they have hordes of lawyers who are more than willing to do their dirty work for them. That is why I choose to stand with good people like you and fight for justice. I do it ne case at a time. We can be proud that when the casino wrongfully denied your claim, we did not cave in, but stood toe to toe with the casino. But, as you know, that was only half of the story. Once we obtained a settlement from the casino, the health insurance company made a claim that it was entitled to most of the settle money! So that started a second battle that we had to fight. I am glad to say that n the end, we were successful and that we were able to resolve all aspects of you case.<br>Thank you again.<br>Craig Murphy

It has been a long journey for this day to come. I never asked to experience the physical pain or the damage done to my physical well being. But it happened anyway. It is not an easy decision to trust an attorney or the process when seemingly the odds can be overwhelmingly against the individual. But I can end this chapter knowing I had the best attorney on my side who fought for every dime I deserved and the ability to walk away with dignity. Thank you Dennis. It was great working with you. We had a difficult case, but through hard work and diligence, we were able to get a very good resolution for you. As you found out, the hotel/casinos fight slip and fall claims every step of the way. We had to prepare your case for trial before the hotel/casino would discuss settlement. I frequently tell people that the only way to get a full and fair settlement is to prepare for trial. Until the hotel/casino knows that we are ready, willing, and able to go to trail, will they ever get down to business and try to settle a slip and fall case.<br>It was also very interesting that you had called so many attorneys and almost gave up on your case. You said that you were going to call one more attorney and if you did not get anywhere, you were going to abandon the case. That is when you and I spoke on the phone. Based upon the information that you gave me, I knew that you had a legitimate and serious case. Especially when we get a negative review, I want to find out why and take the necessary steps to correct the problem so that no one else has a negative experience with our firm. <br>I went to great lengths to do that when my firm began receiving numerous calls, such as yours, for cases that we do not handle. To make it clear, I changed my phone message to specifically state that we did not handle those types of cases. My message provided information for the State Bar Lawyer Referral Service where you could get a referral. Most importantly, my message requested that you not leave a message and, if you did leave a message, that we would not return your call. I am sorry if my message was unclear. I listened to my message as a result of your review, and I believe that it is very clear. However, I am sorry that you expected ma return call and that we failed to call you back. As a result of your review, and since it is similar to another review, we changed our policy to where we will call every caller back even though our message says that we will not. Many people do not realize that the insurance companies do not willingly pay just compensation to people who have been injured in a slip and fall accident. They almost always deny the claim. Once the claim has been denied, the insurance companies blame you, the person who was injured. The accusations the insurance company lawyers always make are the same. You were not careful enough, you were not paying attention, it is your fault not ours. Then the insurance company lawyers tie the case up in litigation to delay taking responsibility. After suffering a slip and fall accident that required surgery, I called several attorneys. Craig was the only attorney that took time to listen to me and asked detailed questions about what had happened. Craig and his assistant Mary were able to help me prove my case despite being on the east coast. They were both attentive, listened to all my questions, clearly explained my options and made the legal process a much better experience.
