I have a law office where we pride ourselves on delivering outstanding client service and getting exceptional results for our clients. Up until this time, we had all 5 star reviews. If we were to receive a negative review we would take it very seriously and determine what needed to be fixed so that the problem that led to the negative review did not happen again. That is not the case with this review. This person is not a client of our firm and we never rendered any legal services to him. Instead, I responded to an advertisement he ran for web services. I requested that he make changes to the firm website. He provided a price quote and told us that he only accepted Venmo for payment. As a result, I informed him that I needed to set up a business Venmo account. He performed no work on my website and provided no services. He merely responded to two texts and two emails. Although I told him that I was waiting for my Venmo account to be set up, he provided this negative review without even asking me the status or following up.<br>I was not rude to this man and I did not waste his time. However, I can state that I will not be using his services.<br>My point for stating this is that we take legitimate reviews very seriously. Our goal is to provide our clients with the very best professional services. Unfortunately, I chose the wrong vendor to ask to perform services on my website. I will be more selective in the future. I also suggest that anyone reading this review and response who needs to hire a personal injury attorney also make sure that they hire the right attorney for your case. Call me and talk to me, you will be glad that you did. You will get personal attention, and we will treat you with dignity and respect, something that seems to often be missing these days.
