The team at MTL did an exceptional job. I first met with Jason Murphy, I explained my situation and he had nothing but confidence in the case. After that, I worked with Lisa, the paralegal. She made the entire process go smoothly and made me feel at ease the entire time. This was my first accident that I had been involved in so there was a lot Of Not understanding the process on my end. Jason and his team were recommended to me, as a personal injury attorney, by a local chiropractor that I was receiving treatment from. I wasn't sure if I needed legal representation or if I could handle the at-fault's insurance company on my own, and I didn't immediately hire Murphy Trial Law. After 3 months of the most stressful back and forth conversations leading no where with insurance and having it begin to affect my mental health, I decided to call Murphy Trial Law and discuss my situation. I wish I hadn't waited so long! Jason was immediately considerate of my schedule, my worries and extremely transparent with his process, potential costs (I was very concerned about being 'stuck with bills' in the end), and what he felt my case deserved as a resolution. I felt very confident having them represent my case after just one phone call going over the basic story and their process. And I made the right choice continuing with their team. Jazmin kept me up to date every step of the way and I was able to call, email and text the team anytime for timely updates or wanting questions answered. Jason and team superseded my case's resolution expectations and I hardly had to do anything. In fact, now that I think of it, I never even made it to meet them in person... My entire case was handled electronically and via phone, due to my work schedule and having young kids. I cannot thank Jason and team enough for taking this burden off me, negotiating a beyond fair compensation, and making this process such a positive- less scary experience. I have already recommended Murphy Trial Law to my sibling who was recently in a car crash and urged her to "do herself a favor" by letting them aleviate her situation as well.
