I was involved in a car accident in September 2024 and retained this firm shortly after. At first they made things seem easy, and it felt like I was in good hands. It's now nearly 2026, I’ve had to reach out several times for updates, and I've received almost no meaningful updates on my case. Last time was in September. I’ve been passed from rep to the other, I've sent multiple emails, two recently, and have been left completely out of the loop. I waited two weeks from my last email before leaving this review to see if I would have any contact back. As a client, I expected transparency, responsiveness, and at the very least, periodic check-ins. Instead, I've felt ignored and sidelined. If you value communication and want to feel supported through a legal process, I would reconsider before choosing this firm. *UPDATED* After expressing my concerns, I did receive a call directly from Jason. When given the options after my accident, my doctor advised that Murphy Law would have a more personal approach with their clients over some of the more corporate firms out there. His direct call gave me reassurance in why I went with Murphy Law to begin with. Thank you, Jason and team.

What an amazing expierence I had with Jason, first they are a small firm so if your looking for that 1 on 1 and want to know what's happening with your case this is your pick. I would like to give these lawyers a try my client had a friend who was gonna do his case but referred to this place because the gentleman who was taken on his case is retiring so my client sent this number I see the reviews hope we can get some help. My car and my spouse were hit by a lady it was all her fault she accepted. my spouse called 911 and reported the lady's insurance and my own insurance screwed me I never dealt with this it took that lady's insurance to get hold of me not until end of Sept this accident happened Oct 9th. when they sent me the $3k for damage of car they didn't have me sign anything my man got check out by our personal dr close to home day after the accident it has been documented he still feel affects from that accident today. The lady's insurance did inform me we have up to 4 years by law to make a bodily claim. I tried many law offices and they wouldn't take our vehicle case just bodily at the moment but since we got the 3k for car we look to do the claim for the bodily emotional mental toll it has taken on him and me we can't help but have fear when we leave home now.

My car was hit by a truck while it was parked outside of my house. It was hit so hard that my house shook. I went outside to see that my vehicle was fully destroyed. The Ram Pickup truck also damaged part of my parents' yard and ran over the mailboxes as well. Brianna was able to help me through what I was able to do regarding this accident, since I wasn't sure what to do because I wasn't in the vehicle When the person hit my car. She was able to do some investigative work for me and help me to be able to get the maximum amount I was due from my insurance company and theirs.
