Attorney Muscato has been the lawyer of choice for me in both personal and business matters. This firm is professional, and Mr. Muscato has been a brilliant lawyer, understanding that clients all expect to be treated with dignity and as though their case is the only one that matters. Attorney Muscato has demonstrated great respect for me as a both a single mother and business owner-advising me through court processes that were unfair and which seemed insurmountable. Mr. Muscato has been outstanding in dealing with a divorce and custody case I brought to him. Joe Muscato has absolutely no integrity whatsoever. Do not reccomend. Nothing but a crook and money hungry.

Mr Muscato did not help my case whatsoever. Late for court on more than one occasion, barely responding to e-mails. In fact I feel he hindered my case more than he helped. Then as a real kick in the face he charged me $1460 for these "services" in less than 3 months of being with the firm and only meeting once in that time. DO NOT HIRE

This "Muscato" gentleman as a lawyer has proved himself to be incredibly lazy, careless, and a stereotypical gold digging "lawyer." My roommate spent $1,500 for him to represent her in a custody case and after being late to court 3 times, barely responding to emails, and only meeting up with her physically less than a handful of times- she decided to let him go. After accounting the majority of fees we knew would exist, she was still expecting roughly a $500 reimbursement. Knowing shes a single mother of 3, owner of a brand new local business, and trying to save up to find a new home after leaving this abusive relationship shes fighting- they sent her back only $40. Yes, four zero. You guys came recommended, personally from family. Your representation in this case showed no ambition or care towards her overall the day I came to witness where it was at, which was absolutely unacceptable. This is robbery and selfishness at its finest. You should be into your career because you care about HELPING people and making a difference in their lives, not being selfish and taking everything they have that they entrusted in you. Especially knowing she has hit a personal rock bottom. Maybe hiring a woman as a representative should have been a better suit, seeing as how being a real man means nothing to you. Reimbursing her for only $40, is insanely disgusting.
