I missed one payment on my balance last month and Ive received over a dozen texts harassing me, using my previous last name. My children and I are domestic violence survivors and fought like hell to distance ourselves from the horrors that name held. When I called the office to complain the âme person answered the phone and taunted me about being too poor to afford my payments (card declined last month, I brought myself current this week) when I asked why he was being so rude he replied that the job was made worthwhile by people like me getting “riled up”. I’m filing a complaint with the state. This is truly disgusting behavior. These people are blood thirsty monsters. Go literally anywhere else.

We sent documents several times and were lost, phone calls were not returned so had to call again and again. The only person who answered question is Tina the PA. Very unprofessional would not recommend them to anyone.

If you can read, you're probably better off representing yourself. Unless you like lawyers that never show up for your court appointments, substitutes that never familiarize themselves with your case, paperwork being filed with the wrong names and/or dates of birth, and being in contempt of court because your representation didn't follow the judge's orders. In which case, they're perfect. I started an "open and shut" case 5 years ago. I ended up settling with the defendant outside of court. Payment plan option is nice if they still offer that. At least I can spread out the ~$20k I owe.

No, stars for this Firm. They gave no hope or helping someone stand and protect their constitutional rights. They couldn't take my case because they said its too much conflict and she looked to see who I was going against and she said, we can't take your case.
