I can never get anyone to answer the phone

Horrible communication skills with clients. Don't understand what tax documents they should provide their clients. I swear I hope no one uses them. I have no idea how they are still in business

Please Please dont ever use them to represent you. They don’t answer the phone and no can provide information on you case

I'm currently being represented by them and I can't even get anyone to acknowledge me. I've left unanswered messages. On August 27, 2025 I was told 30 - 45 days and 3 and a half months later nothing but crickets. Not very professional at all.

I never had an experience like this. You call you can barely get an answer. seems like I had to call the companies to help them out a little bit. And the payout process is longer than what I thought it should be. I would not recommend this law firm

It’s been almost a year since my car accident, and I still haven’t received a single update from your company. I provided every piece of information you requested — my medical records, payment documents, and treatment details — yet I’ve heard absolutely nothing regarding my settlement. I call every day, and no one ever answers or returns my calls. At this point, the level of unprofessionalism is unbelievable, and I’m starting to feel like this law firm might be a scam. There is no excuse for this kind of complete lack of communication.

Shaun Daugherty was amazing lawyer, I've had few cases with other law groups in the past, terrible response times, etc just not good, like my 25 precent don't go to them!!! Anyways I recommend guardian law group, quick response, polite, and will care about you as I've had issues outside my claim and they simply lended a hand which helped me bunches. My accident case resolved way in my favor, I'm so happy, thank you Shaun Daugherty and thanks guardian law group.

Horrible stay away all of these bad reviews are true!! I fired them on my last two case and they tried to charge me 33% still! So I've learned to go straight to the insurance and deal with them but not to low ball your self! I lost so much dealing with them 😪 not only the pain and suffering I was dealing with but I dealt with the insurance body shops and lowering my own doctors bills with in lest half the time!! And for some reason they are very hard to get in touch with. But I will say rachel , over accounting helped me more than my own lawyer! But dont waste your time because it's not worth it to them to make us satisfied and stress free. It's the complete opposite ugh! Live you learn and I learned

The worst ones, I've been here for a year and until now the offer hasn't arrived, they have me waiting and the one in charge of my case is never available, only others answer me.

Been dealing with this law from for 6 months now I highly would not recommend them if u want communication do not used them they never return call I wish I would read them reviews before signing with them lesson learn

The worst! I was told to sign papers to start my case and now I can't get them to return my phone calls!no not heard anything in months from them.

I’ll never contact these people again. They don’t communicate well, won’t answer your calls or emails, and don’t call you. It’s been 5 months since my accident and still no funds. Not only that I’m getting bare the minimum amount as if nothing happened. My attorney quit the firm no one updated me with that. I found out by calling as a new client because no one ever picks up or return emails. So sad and scary but ugh

I’m not sure why this company has a 4 star. Someone is lying or getting paid. Cynthia is sooooooo unprofessional! She hung up on me because SHE lied about when our funds will be rcvd. I will not even refer this law firm to my worst enemy. They will get your check and stop answering the phone. They will get your check and ghost you. This law firm sucks. And Cynthia is for sure apart of the reason. She was over talking me the entire conversation. No manners whatsoever.

Called me to take up a big truck accident. The truck hit me but it was not caused by neglect. It was to avoid another car. They discovered the case wouldn't be as lucrative as expected and just stopped answering all calls and text from me. Sent a letter to the medication people that they no longer represent me but have never expressed that information to me. Unprofessional is an understatement. Simple call....

This law firm took my case up in April 2024 and we worked as I followed through with treatments and other procedures. Once I signed the release of claims forms on July 1st 2025, it has been crickets. Any attempts to request information is always met with the standard lie that they are working on medical reductions or giving me other run arounds. Over 2 months since I signed all of the last documents required and no response? STAY AWAY FROM THIS LAW FIRM!!. Highly considering filing a lawsuit against them and contacting the Georgia Bar Association.

Just don’t hire them it’s a trap, get a proper lawyer you won’t get any communication or updates on your case, I been trying to call them for 6 weeks now and no luck. Sad part is I can’t do anything legally at this point
