After five years of Casey Cook successfully handling wills and trusts for our family, we waited one month for a meeting update an existing trust and will where the simple changes were discussed and Casey Cook told us his office would call us in 1-2 weeks. we didnt receive amy communication after 25 days. When I followed up, nothing had been done: staff were rude, apathetic and unprofessional. Casey was to call is back next day but never did. We were offered another appointment 3wks later by the staff to repeat the same information changes. CAVEAT EMPTOR!
