I asked for a phone call on their website; three days later, they refused my case by way of email. Never told them the case; interesting business model. Thank you for clarifying. My rational: If I get a great response from a business; I'm happy 5 ⭐. If I'm given no ability to respond 1 ⭐. If I can't give my order at a restaurant; I either receive food, or don't. No grey area. I will admit 1-5 isn't a fair metric to fully rate a business.

So I filled out this review but then held off and wanted to give them a chance, so I sent them a email saying we could try again or I could just post the review. Mr Myers left me a voicemail saying just go ahead and leave the review. He missed the whole point of how rude Mary was. What I got was Filled out the info request on their website. Took a week before they even acknowledged they received it. They send email for me to log in to automated system to schedule my appointment. Week later I have phone call. Mary starts by asking my address. Then she says “so this was work on this house?” I say no it’s rental property. She says “Oh what’s that address?” I said didn’t you get the info I sent through the website? She tells me it doesn’t come to her email. Which is fine except she’s making the calls from the info. I start to say that doesn’t make sense but she tries to talk over the top of me, very rude. The phone number on website goes directly to her. I’m assuming Mr Myers is a good attorney but not impressed with intake process (now after hearing the voicemail he left it’s understandable why Mary is rude.).

Dan has been a godsend to us with multiple issues. We appreciate how honest he is when evaluating if he can help. If he can’t, he’ll find someone who can. You can tell he truly loves his job, and wants to stand up for people who have been taken advantage of by bad businesses. He also knows his stuff!! Just one conversation with him and you’ll realize he’s the type of attorney who is always ten steps ahead. Have you ever had a conversation with an attorney and you wondered if they were reading from a script written by their paralegal? Or how about the attorneys who make you question if they’re familiar with the type of law their website says they practice? We’ve never once had these concerns with Dan. The different ideas and technicalities he whips out of nowhere makes me wonder if he spends his free time only reading law bibles. Seriously. This is the guy. He works through all possible scenarios WITH you to help you decide what’s best for your situation/family/expenses. His rates are fair, and aligned with the time/quality representation he provides. If I were rich, he’s the attorney I’d have on retainer in case I had a “call my attorney” moment.

My wife and I had a great experience with Mr. Myers when we discovered structural defects in our basement which were not disclosed by the prior seller. He worked very hard to bring the case, kept the pressure on the opposing party, and achieved a just outcome.

I would give a zero if a could. Very rude and unhelpful people answering their calls. If you don't like your job quit, don't take it out on people trying to get help. Shameful buisness

Very professional law firm. Will provide excellent referrals if they cannot immediately assist you due to high-volume case load. Be patient, they seem busy, but they will get back to you.

Mr. Myers was demonstrated ready knowledge of the factors affecting my case and the legal considerations which came into play. He provided us complete and detailed instructions on what information he needed us to gather for him to do his job. Once he had all of the information, he provided us realistic expectations and potential outcomes and provided us with the information we needed in lay terms so that we could make decisions on how to proceed. Our case was settled very quickly and very efficiently. Mr. Myers made our legal experience as pleasant as one could hope for.

Here's an attorney that will not fight for injustice for the common man, he goes where the big money is, no matter what. Weeks before returning a phone call. They have no common courtesy to actually call and say they can't help you, they send an email mail a month later.

1. His number is a Google voice number Which ultimately means you can't get ahold of him when you need to. He screens his calls and he never calls you me back -never I've tried for 3 days and no call back or nothing
