My experience with Stanshine & Sigal was extremely disappointing and frustrating. One of the most upsetting parts of this experience was learning much later than I should have that my insurance policy was limited tort. Yes, I understand that technically I am supposed to know my own insurance coverage. However, a competent personal injury lawyer should immediately recognize a limited tort policy and clearly explain what that means for a client’s case. This was never properly explained to me, and had it been, I would have had very different expectations. Instead, I feel that my time was wasted. Communication throughout this process was extremely poor. After initially being contacted by a woman who was kind and reassuring, communication was taken over by a lawyer. From that point on, updates were minimal, unclear, and often nonexistent. I was left feeling confused, uninformed, and ignored. On top of the lack of communication, the lawyers I interacted with were rude, dismissive, and unprofessional in both tone and attitude. This made an already stressful situation even more upsetting. I was deeply hurt and annoyed by how little respect and care was shown. I regret trusting this firm. I genuinely do not understand how this firm maintains its rating based on my experience. I do not recommend Stanshine & Sigal to anyone. I wish I could leave zero stars. My advice to others is to stay far away from this firm.

The attorney marc signal is arrogant , professional and does not go to bat for the people that are hiring him to be his lawyer. My encounter with him trying to help his clients has been horrible he's yelled cursed and has been combative rather than willing to help his clients he's working against them rather than for him with the same goal. Don't hire this guy he's lazy and literally will prolong the process and empty your pockets while doing so. He's upset whenever he has to actually do his job .I've also shared my experience with all of my 15k followers and truly find this company a disgust. Just look at the reviews and how they talk to people that once hired them . trashhhh

Been introduced to an unpleasant experience by selecting Marc as my lawyer. Word’s of wisdom never accept a referral from your tow truck driver after an accident. Long story short I’ve never saw my lawyer face to face and I’ve been played by the wellness center. After a crash that almost took my life I only received pennies after almost 2 or three years. And I had proof that the person who hit me was on drugs. My car war a classic and what I received I couldn’t even pay a car note for my new car that I was forced to get. Thank’s sport for your referral they helped you more than they helped me. Stay away people who are in need find your own lawyer please !

Do yourself a favor and DO NOT GO TO THIS LAW FIRM. I WAS IN A CAR ACCIDENT. THIS FIRM LOST MY PAPERWORK. I COMPLETED MY THERAPY AND THEY HAD NO IDEA WHO I WAS. I WENT UP TO THE FIRM TO TRY AND GET ANSWERS BUT NO ONE COULD HELP. A WASTE OF TIME. PLEASE GO TO ANOTHER FIRM. TRUST ME, MY SIBLING HAD THE SAME EXPERIENCE. HORRIBLE
