Worst experience EVER. Been over three years and the case has no moved whatsoever, you will not get updates on the case, no information is clear this is horrifying. To be assaulted, harassed, have no help from the company then hire attorneys for them to do nothing to help you either? Look elsewhere!

I contacted them back in 2019 & still nothing. They don’t keep in contact with me. I have CLL, went through chemo & now have a thyroid problem, from the chemo. Cancer, does not run in my family. I used Round Up, for many years. When I developed CLL, I had to stop cutting grass, etc. Stay out of the heat & sun.

Communication was poor and they couldn’t seem to be on time for anything. It became genuinely frustrating to deal with.

Had a round up case, lawyer Michael said all cases were settled in court waiting on distributing amounts to each and every client. Then lawyer disappeared. Left law firm. Coincidence?????🙏

I can’t say enough about this group! My father passed away due to some chemicals that he was exposed to. This group of attorneys went above and beyond to represent my family and we’re closely with me as I Filed the claim on behalf of my dad who had Parkinson’s Due to this chemical. Thank you again

I reached out to Nachawati Law Group on January 30, seeking representation for a workers' compensation case based on a friend's highly positive recommendation. Unfortunately, my experience was far from satisfactory. After calling around 5:51 PM, I was transferred to an intake specialist. While she introduced herself at the beginning of the call, I struggled to retain her name due to a recent heart issue. When I asked for her name again, she refused to provide it. I inquired about when I could expect a follow-up call—whether Monday morning or afternoon—but felt as though my business was not valued. My frustration grew, and I expressed this clearly, yet she remained unhelpful and simply took my phone number before abruptly hanging up. Feeling dismissed and disrespected, I decided to seek legal representation elsewhere, despite my understanding that Anne Saucer is a well-regarded attorney in this field. However, I want to acknowledge Timothy, who demonstrated professionalism and honesty during our interaction, even though he couldn't guarantee a callback time. I followed up to ensure my contact information was noted, fearing it might have been lost due to the previous intake specialist's unprofessional attitude. Unfortunately, this experience has left me feeling disheartened about the service at Nachawati Law Group and will continue my search for a workers comp/ personal injury attorney.

This is a great law firm!

It has been 6 1/2 years since I signed up for the IVC filter class action suit. I have not seen a penny yet as of 11/15/2025. I suspect they kept the money.

My case been 9 years they don’t keep me up to date when you call they return your call like days later then the law firm text me I replied right away one week later no reply to the text soon be 10 yrs and NOTHING HAS SETTLED

They are handling my "in Vain blood clot filter" Hopefully they bring the cheddar but so far so good. It's been 3 years and nothing has come to me and no contact from them.

I have a case with Nachawati Law and they have kept me up to date thus far. If I have questions of any kind they get back to me promptly. So, as of now I would recommend them for personal injury cases. Will update at conclusion. It has been a long journey since 2019 but these cases take time so one must be patient. Update to come.

I have just spoken to one of your representatives, Christina Kenebrew, and in 7 years she is the first person to actually answer all my questions. She is truly an excellent employee and in my view a very knowledgeable and valuable resource to your staff. I appreciate her insight and patience she has shown me during our conversation. Christina is super knowledgeable and very kind to work with. She takes her time and you can tell that she is very empathetic and works hard for her clients. If you get the chance, ask for her!

Very communicative and punctual

I have been involved with this company for over 10 years regarding my case, and unfortunately, I cannot recommend their services. The biggest issue has been the lack of communication — updates are rare, and I often have to chase down information myself. After such a long period with no settlement or clear resolution, I feel my case has not been handled with the urgency or transparency it deserves. Clients rely on their representatives to keep them informed and to actively work toward resolution, but that has not been my experience here. I am very disappointed. If you value communication and timely progress, I would advise looking elsewhere.

I just had the most patient & helpful help & conversation from Christine Kennebrew. She simplified everything I thought was going to be difficult! Lovely lady!!!🥰
