I contacted Nacht Law regarding a potential employment matter and paid the $200 consultation fee. During the conversation, Fabiola told me she would return my call the following day. That call never happened. After about a week I followed up, but still received no response. It has now been roughly a month with no communication. I understand that not every case can move forward, but if someone pays for a consultation and is told they will receive a follow-up call, basic follow-through should be expected.

Mr. David Nacht and his team are on top of their game!! Attention to the client was something noticeable when I met with him. He asked the questions to have a complete understanding of the situation. I can’t compete with big business financially, he knew that and got the case dismissed rather quickly.

Was on the phone with the lawyer who proceeded to ask me and make me tell my life story and asked a bunch of irrelevant information before getting to the point that he did not think I had a claim after 30 minutes. If I did not ask him to get right to the point we would have spent even more time beating around the bush. Also spent a long time saying how lucky I was he was talking to me because of how valuable and expensive his time was while wasting mine. He was also was late. How does he even have 4 stars?

My experience with NachtLaw, P.C. was entirely negative. I contacted NachtLaw, P.C. on the basis of a personal recommendation. I told my life story, more or less, to someone on the phone who was not even a paralegal. I was emailed by that person saying that an attorney from NachtLaw, P.C. would consult with me for a given period of time, for a given fee. I called to begin that that consultation for that fee. I was told by NachtLaw, P.C.'s representative that this was "all a mix-up" and that I had no opportunity for consultation, for any time and at any fee. A pure waste of my time, relatively, I'm afraid!

Natch Law PC treated my case with knowledge, experience tenacity! Fabiola was an excellent litigator in my case and fought for me . No words can express my gratitude to Mr. Natch for believing in my case but more importantly believing in ME! Im so grateful that Natch Law took on the BIG guys!

Don't bother calling there is no free consultation for employment related only criminal related issues definitely needs to be specified on their website. Other law firms will offer a quick free consultation.

Would Love to share my experience with David and NachtLaw, P.C. I employed David/Nacht Law to work my case for almost a year. From day one, I felt like I was given the utmost attention with my case and concerns. I was always given more than adequate time to discuss anything I needed to with David. If he wasn't available, I was always given a return call from him in a prompt manner. During our discussions, he provided insight and great perspective on the avenues that would best get me to the outcome I was looking for. David provided exceptional judgment by guiding me to trust his process by steering me from not making decisions based on emotions, but by making decisions that would best benefit me and my case. David always came to the table prepared. He always had research ready to show/explain to me. I always had a great understanding during our meetings and felt extremely confident in our plan of action. David had all aspects of my case analytically broken down and ready to explain. His creativity and ability to think outside the box made my case go as planned. With all that said, David and his law firm went above and beyond for me. David is an exceptional lawyer. I am more than pleased I employed him and his firm.

If you’re seeking counsel. Please disregard the some of the reviews posted in November 2023 unless they have a legitimate explanation. A lot of these reviews are football fans that are upset that the entity that’s holding their university accountable is using this firm.

He gets one star because he gave me a refund of the $475 consultation fee that went up from $350 after one month. Cancelled my consultation 15 minutes before the appointment with no reason given. His secretary is as dry as the Sahara and I find it quite unprofessional as a lawyer to not give a reason for cancelling even if it’s because the case load is too high. Thanks for the refund, but this is why you have in person appointments, not phone consults.

Nick Roumel, and his legal assistant, Seth, were so helpful in resolving my PUA case. It was a very stressful situation for me before seeking legal help.
