Heather Nadler is an excellent attorney. She set up my daughter’s special needs trust. She not only handled the trust, but her will as well. She is extremely helpful about giving information on who can help your child with housing and job issues. She is incredibly knowledgeable in this area.

If you are looking for a competent attorney, go elsewhere. I hired them to help me handle my estate after a tragic death in the family and it’s been a complete nightmare. I had to hire another attorney to try and fix their mistakes.They are careless and do not communicate.I am still trying to fix their mistakes two years later.

This firm is administratively a disaster. Among other significant clerical errors, sent the WRONG trusts to Georgia Medicaid, causing me years of headache and worry. UPDATE: After I wrote this review, they reached out and apparently, after I pointed out they sent the WRONG trusts in 2018, they followed up to send the correct trusts to Georgia Medicaid - but never communicated that with me. This is in line with every other mistake they made, in which they refused to admit mistake (another time they forgot to send in property deeds to the state for months, I reminded them and they ghosted me for weeks and responded and said here you go - even though they clearly didn't do it until I followed up). This doesn't even go into the typos (putting in one person's name versus another as a copy/paste error into the trusts, etc) and the substantive issues with the trust itself---after a beneficiary passed away, it was so poorly set up I had to hire another firm to do legal research and fix it so I could transfer the funds. Bottom line, STAY AWAY.

Goes beyond the role of elder care attorney and offers very valuable advice in other areas that are relevant to the client.
