Zero stars is too many stars. Tom will sell you the world, take your money, do nothing to support your case, and drop you right in the middle. He also charges the same rate for his assistant (with no law degree) to provide services on your case just to rack up the bill. He will also knowingly withhold important information related to your case that you can later find out via email.

Tom is personable and easy to get along with, but he is working within a dysfunctional system and is well aware of that. After countless reassurances from Tom that we had a strong case which would be resolved much sooner, I've found his insights are frequently misleading. Nearly 2 years after hiring him, I was still navigating the family court system with no end in sight.

Tom did a great job with my divorce! I would recommend him to anybody! Smartest one in the court room. Very intelligent. Straight forward doesn’t sugar coat things. Took his time to go over things with me.

Tom was highly recommended by one of my family members who is also an attorney. He has completely dropped the ball on my son in laws custody case. When my son in law met with him for his consultation he seemed like he was going to be a go getter. Tom collected a $5000 retainer and didn’t address any concerns. Basically Tom saw a desperate father who loves his daughter and stole his money.

Tom absolutely butchered my case. He skipped important steps and in turn it’s taken over 4 years to fix what he caused. I would stay far away for legal matters.

I hired Thomas Nale as my Divorce Attorney, and he completely blotched my Divorce Agreement when drafting the final agreement that I signed because I trusted that it was done to reflect the agreements made at the final hearing and during our mediations. Attorney Nale left out so many important details that I as a client wouldn't know to look for, especially when discussed just days before, I assumed everything to be accurate and complete!!! Unfortunately this wasn't the case and I trusted him as my Attorney so I signed it!! I didn't know that I would have to bring a calculator with me to figure out square feet in property measurements before signing!!! Now I've lost many acres of property to my ex-husband thanks to Attorney Nales negligence and errors!! Attorney Nale was hired by ME, to represent ME, and now I've LOST SO MUCH because of him, and my ex-husband has gained so much more than what we agreed upon!! Thanks to Attorney Nale, my ex-husband now owns the majority of my deceased parents property for which my dad's ashes are on!!! Hiring Attorney Nale has been the biggest mistake in my entire life and his negligence will affect the rest of my life!! He refused to fix HIS mistakes because my retainer ran out!! So I paid thousands of dollars for an attorney to ruin my life!!! I also am filing a complaint to the OVERSEERS OF THE BAR due to some unethical statements that he has made and some rules that he has broken in order for me to be able to hire him. DO NOT TRUST THIS MAN. If anyone wants any further details of what he did, and neglected to do, just comment, I'll be happy to share and details. I want the public to be aware!! BTW...Attorney Nale attended my final divorce hearing while driving in his car and his cell signal kept going in and out!! Just one more detail I thought would be important to mention.

Thomas Nale helped me with my divorce a few years back. I am eternally grateful for his assistance. His representation was the only reason I found fairness in my divorce and I would recommend him to anyone looking for good representation in family matters with the courts.

wish they could have helped me but the attractively priced consult does not match the cost of retaining. The consult was over quickly because he knew I couldn't afford it. So now I am $100 less in an incredibly difficult, lonely journey. I think you should raise the prices of the consult as to not give people a false hope.

Handled my divorce. When I first met him I was like oh boy he is young . But he has the the teacher in his dad and many family members. He seems very calm in the court room while the other attorney was not so cooth , he just knew the law and used the facts as the hammer . When you're right no need to wield a big hammer .just Need to know how to swing the hammer .

Tom nale is phenomenal. He will give it to you exactly as it is everytime while still showing empathy for your situation. Stand up guy through and through. Have nothing but good things to say and had nothing but good experiences with this man. He is worth every penny and then some. Extremely knowledgeable and is truly a great person.

If I could give more than 5 Stars I most definitely would. Let's face it Lawyers are pricey, but you get what you pay for. If what I say helps someone in uncertainty then the truth be told, Mr Tom Nale is an exceptional lawyer and individual. One thing people want in life is honesty weather you like it or not, Tom will give that too you. His professionalism is second to none, he is prompt on responsiveness, available whenever needed, and does what he says he's going to do. Tom has guided me through my situation with no uncertainty, and for this i will forever be thankful. 👍👍👍👍👍 Thank you Tom you have a forever client now.

How this man is able to practice law is beyond me. I've had dealings with this Thomas nail his dad is a judge at skowhegan district Court he shouldn't even be allowed to step foot in that building but yet he's allowed there as well as allowed to violate our laws he requests certain mediators which is a conflict of interest. The fact we allow lawyers to practice but yet things like polygraph tests are a staple in our legal system is a very big indicator of a broken system, maybe 2% of people can fake a polygraph but yet we pay lawyers to lie manipulate and bend the truth. Maine needs to wake up and have a massive overhaul of our legal system there needs to be organizations to keep lawyers and our courtrooms from this rampant corruption that's going on.
