I'm confused the afff and pafs fire foam lawsuit internet says it settled with napoli for 12.5 billion dollars but when I called In they say they are waiting on court date here is my confusion why would you be waiting on court date if the case already settled ? How come there is no answer to my question it's a legitimate question?

Communication sucks. I’ve been through 6 paralegals in two years. Call center tells me conflicting information. I’ve been a paralegal for 38 years and I am appalled at the lack of employee professionalism.

No communication since March 2023. Gave the full details of my claim March 2022. They tell you it takes time to work on things. And to not call them. Got letter in the mail that my case was dropped per my request . I had not talked anyone to request to not proceed. What a waste of time

No updates since March.... 😕 Confidence depends on Communication. Call Center interaction doesn't cut it.

There are some really great people working here. A fellow named Chris listened to my concerns, worked hard to rectify my issue and followed through with his promises. I appreciate his professionalism and empathy while handling my situation.

Very rude and dispassionate was my experience with this firm.
