‼️If it weren’t for my bank statement, I’d wonder if hiring this firm was a bad dream ‼️ I hired them on April 16, 2024, and regretted it almost immediately. After my initial payment, I never spoke to my attorney again. Despite multiple calls and messages, the only replies I ever got were from staff promising I'd get a callback—none ever came. Their contract states I should receive bi-weekly updates. Instead, I waited over a month with no communication. I received one email (May 15) and a single text (May 30), but no follow-through. It's now months later and I’m still completely in the dark. That’s not just frustrating—it’s negligent. Even their onboarding process was sloppy. Important documents had incorrect email addresses and required multiple corrections. From day one, I did all the chasing—and still got nowhere. I’m no closer to answers than I was the day I paid $2,000. I’ve dealt with other attorneys before and have never been ignored like this. This isn't just bad service—it’s unacceptable, unprofessional, and absolutely not worth the money. If you're considering hiring them, do yourself a favor: don’t. UPDATE: After sending my termination letter on July 1, I finally got a response. They apologized and promised a call July 2. Due to a spam filter update on my phone, I missed it and called back. I was told the caller was “unavailable.” I own that misstep, but one call after months of silence doesn't fix this. FINAL UPDATE (Feb 9, 2025): I have no idea what I even paid for. At this point, it feels like I gave $2,000 to be ghosted. Save yourself the stress. Their lack of service is flat-out negligent. They don’t deserve even one star. They claim to specialize in DUI law but I had to send the waivers from the TN DMVs own website. After sending my termination letter they pushed me off on a paralegal again I only spoke to my actual attorney ONCE the day I paid. The paralegal had no knowledge of the documents I was even talking about I literally had to send him the waivers too he had no knowledge of what they were before that. I have all the receipts,all the call logs, emails, contracts I signed, ECT .... and I find your attacking response very telling in itself. I expected no less as this is the normal on your page for anyone who leaves a bad review. I may be a lot of things but a liar isn't one of them. Your lovely response is right on par with the horrible service I received I'll give you that. I IMPLORE YOU : Filter by bad reviews & look at how they respond to legit criticism -they release sensitive personal info like charges & names & attack anyone who dares leave a honest review (my case is not a outlier it's how they do business), they are NOT BBB accredited so you can't even file a complaint, & look them up on Yelp there's no shortage of warnings and reviews from other people they just ghosted after payment RESPONSE TO THEIR REPLY: First, yes—I did post receipts. Google removed them due to personal info in the screenshots, not because they were false. You know that. Second, asking me to publicly post my legal name is against Google’s review policy: “Don’t post or ask for personal or confidential information.” That’s a shady move to flag and remove legitimate criticism. Try again. Lastly, if my experience was so “unverifiable,” why not address how I went over a month without a single call from my attorney? That’s not rare—it’s routine for you. Why is my case still not resolved to this day ? If my review is just so untrue post my termination letter it says exactly what my review does. I was very thorough with my dates so it should be beyond easy to verify or not. You want the review gone because it’s true. I’m not here to argue. I’m here to warn others. A attorney is supposed to help you not take your money, ignore you, then attack you when you leave an honest review it's very petty, childish, & unbecoming. Again I have ALL THE RECEIPTS & when I did post them you got my review removed as soon as I removed those & people actually saw my review now I'm a liar with no proof according to your response.

They seem very professional at first and told me my case wouldn't be a problem at all to solve and take care off. After six months and paying them $1,500.00 they said they couldn't do anything with my case. The only information they had on my case is exactly what I had already told them. I've got the texts I sent to them with all the info on my case that I already had. It appears they didn't do anything and got paid $1,500.00 . What a rip-off. The lawyer that said he handled my case had to get another lawyer to tell me why they couldn't do anything I guess because he didn't know how to tell me he didn't do anything or get anywhere with my case. Do not use this law firm. They are nothing but con artist.

Has to be the worst attorney of all time. The initial visit was great. They’re nice. They’re friendly Act like they’ll do anything they can to help you. Once you make the first payment, good luck, you won’t talk to them again. That’s how it was in my case then I was in the courtroom arguing with him while he’s talking down to me telling me to take a deal that I didn’t want to take. Kept repeating himself over and over during you are the hero of the story you are the hero in this story or whatever the hell it was. These people are con artist, then try to calm me out of another $500 just to let me know if you know they were gonna violate me within a week. Then calls me cussing and yelling Because he won’t believe you, he’ll he’ll believe them he’ll treat you like a liar. I went through it. I let him railroad me. And then to put the icing on the cake, he’s telling me not to fight for my son and my divorce case. Call them twice because I really wanted to appeal it. They wouldn’t do it.

I am extremely grateful for the work of attorney Brian Lee Nash. He resolved my boyfriend's IUD case. Great job, I highly recommend him! 💯💯. One thing I can't overlook is that when we signed the contract, his Spanish was good, but I'm impressed by how much it has improved. I say this because many of us who come from other countries struggle with the language, but with him, you wouldn't have any problems. He's a great lawyer and, above all, a wonderful person from whom you can learn a lot.

Should get 0 stars. Worst Lawyer ever. Can’t get a word in edgewise or show any amount of emotion over your case. Doesn’t represent anyone with family needs, don’t even bother if you DONT live in Nashville directly. He won’t assist. You can reply with lies to my review all you want to. But I, Taylor didn’t have a drug charge. While you’re falsely applying information in response to a review you earned. I was polite, urgent, appalled at your responses and simply trying explain a situation that this attorney agency had absolutely no time to bother to listen to or show ANY amount of care or respect at all as a client. But yes, let’s discuss why we weren't good clients. First off, she’s not my sister but she’s Like a sister to me. We were both present at the the time the occurrence happened and we’re both desperately in need of someone with any ounce of emotional support or even the ability to understand the kind of situation we were put in. We wanted to get to know these sisters that called us about their drug case. <br><br>We kindly gave them the agenda for the call and wanted to make sure they knew of the potential conflict. <br><br>They were confused so we tried to discuss this further and they seemed even more anxious, emotional and combative. <br><br>Since we only work with growth minded and peaceful clients our attorney decided this wasn’t a good fit for the reasons above. The distance, the combativeness and the inability to have a conversation to get to know each other. <br><br>We truly care and wish we could help everyone that contacts us but sometimes it’s just not a good fit. <br><br>Among the other factors, we also realized the toxic nature of these sisters on the few minute call we had with them. <br><br>The sisters toxic nature was revealed further when after a few minute call they left a 1 star review with untrue comments. <br><br>This confirms our policies and way of conducting business are warranted.
