Really disappointed. I had high hopes when i hired this attorney. he was really nice i just honestly think he isn’t experienced with my type of charges. i had 2 felony drug charges. General sessions was going smoothly but he failed to tell me that i had to rehire a lawyer when i went upstairs. For $3500 he did absolutely nothing. I could’ve gotten a public defender and get the same results. I was really upset on the final day of general sessions and he basically told me if i didn’t sign away my rights to a hearing that he was going to drop my case. He did me a huge favor but it definitely was not worth $3500.

Although very nice, caring, and respectful individuals, I was not pleased with their services. All of the communication was through a paralegal, who I feel didn't communicate enough since her job mostly involved papertrail. If I knew I was not going to have easy access to the lawyer I paid 5,000 dollars for, I would have sought out a different counsel. One that has time for their clients. I was very much involved in getting the right lawyer and speaking on behalf of my fiance. Unfortunately, I felt neglected during the process. I was fishing for questions and answers to get a better understanding of the process and legal advice. I expected them to be forthcoming and transparent from a legal aspect. I was given the wrong address to the courthouse, I was given someone else's documents, and they referenced my fiance as my son. Too me, that shows that their workload at the time was a bit overwhelming. I spoke in depth with Mr. Clark one time throughout the process and that was inevitable being that we were at the courthouse and was our first time meeting. I say this to say, "if you're looking for a lawyer who can be available to you, keep searching. However, I did express my experience with Mr.Clark and he was very receptive in hearing what I had to say and apologetic thereafter. Our 18 year old son was ticketed for a speeding violation over 100 mph, a serious offense with life changing verdict effecting our insurance and his possible license with very serious consequences. We followed Phillip’s many suggestions, one being the attending of a 8 hr self imposed defensive driving school. Our court case was settled with a dismissal, no fines, citation espundged. His advice, and council was well worth his charges to represent our son in a very serious matter.
