We just closed on our new construction loan. Nasto's office was great to work with.

I closed on an investment property with Michael B. Oshins and he was very respectful and responsive throughout the entire process. He and his assistant were very easy to reach when calling or emailing. An issue arose with a delinquent bill 8 months after closing and Michael was still responsive and helped me get the information I needed. 5 Star review not just for the initial dealings but for the continued support long after closing. All I can say is don't use them for a title company if you're buying/selling a house. They are slow as molasses in winter when it comes to getting anything done on time, it doesn't matter how many times to emphasize the you're on a deadline. They promised to have the title done by last week. It's still not processed and we're two days away from closing.
