Really appreciate Nate and his teams help with initially helping out my brother with setting up a trust account for our father who is struggling with health issues. My wife developed Alzheimer's Disease and after four years of at home care, she needed to be put in a memory care home. With Nate's direction, we began to apply for medicaid. His assistance in fulfilling the requirements was super, I would have had a very hard time without him. However, shortly after submitting the application, my wife passed away, ending the process. Nate was so, so helpful in setting up a trust for my mom and being able to retain far more of her assets than I imagined possible. I have been having to do everything by myself and have been so overwhelmed and he was extremely patient about answering all of my questions and eased my anxiety a lot by giving me numbered lists of what I needed to be doing and what I was responsible for. I have recommended him to others for getting something set up for their parents because now that I'm in this situation, I realize how important it is to plan in advance. I also appreciate how caring he was when dealing with my mom and he treated her like the competent adult that she is instead of acting like she didn't understand (she had a stroke and is now nonverbal). I didn't have to deal with his office staff very much, but when I did, they were just as excellent. Highly recommend!

Nate reviewed our family trust written previously under MO laws. He quickly and effectively outlined issues and brought the trust in to compliance with GA laws.
