Although not new to house purchasing, we decided it was best to involve a lawyer as part of this new purchase. There were some hurdles to get lending approved in a timely manner because one company was unresponsive. Nate and his team helped facilitate the transition from VA to conventional loan, made sure all of our inspections were completed, and that no hiccups occurred during the transaction. During closing Nate was clear, concise, and incredibly transparent. When we have need for his services again, we will be back with no hesitation in his and his team's ability to take care of our real estate needs.
