I will have to update my star rating once my case has been resolved. It has been 26 months so far they have been working my claims. I was already at 90% before signing with them. Hoping for the best outcome in this coming year.

Requested to be discharged from the company in June, 4 emails from charity to jessica, that Jessica said she either didnt get or looked over. Never heard from them in months. Now that I received back pay from the VA they suddenly feel entitled. I am generally not a person to complain like this. Especially on a public site. However, the blatant lies and dishonesty for some cash is just unreal.

I contacted National Vet Help on behalf of my husband who was a Vietnam veteran. They agreed to accept the case and continued to fight for compensation even after being denied three times by the VA. We finally received the compensation thanks to National Vet Help not giving up. I strongly recommend their agency and give them 5 stars!

I talked with a couple of other Vets who had used National Vet Help and they told me this group had helped them out tremendously. So, I submitted my forms and hoped they would help me. I had been struggling on my own to get the process advancing and was failing. VSOs provide help, but to me it was on a generic impersonal nature. Those organizations really didn't seem to be fighting for their Vets. National Vet Help took my 'case' and treated me as if I were their only customer (I knew I wasn't). I had one single point of contact and Tommy made sure I was updated every step of the way. They fought for me. National Vet Help did the hard part, I just had to make sure I attended my appointments. I didn't have to worry about completing paperwork, faxing and mailing in documents, or replying to VA questions- they did it all. Getting a T&P 100% rating validated everything they and I had been working towards. I can't imagine how long the process would have taken if I had kept doing it on my own- I would probably still be working it. I can't say enough good about National Vet Help, Tommy, and the rest of that staff! They may not feel this way, but they are life changers! Good job all!
