Must be a Virginia lawyer thing to not even listen to the client or let them speak then tell the client they need an attitude adjustment after getting frustrated from not being able to speak. Also, funny how I'm starting to see a pattern between Virginia lawyers. They seem to like to keep children with abusive parents and laugh at you when you tell them about it! Very unprofessional, very RUDE!

Ms. Crickenberger serves as a mailbox. She actually does not do any work.

Maybe when David Natkin was around they provided actual Lawyer services? Now they push papers and make deals. They think of ZERO good ideas for defense, and charge you for every email they send you or you send them! You would be better off with a court appointed lawyer by far! This is no exaggeration. They have no desire to win just to settle. They charge you to push you into making a deal and admit your guilty and they nickel and dime you with costs for everything while not offering to any substantial legal services. Maybe if you are guilty and have. no chance of wining these guy can charge you and arm and leg and they can negotiate a small reduction in sentence. But if you want lawyers to fight for you and charge you for working on your case instead of charging you to push paper and convince you to take a plea so they get money for virtually nothing Literally any other lawyer is a better choice then this firm. The best part of knowing them was listening to the Backstreet Boys in the lobby! Seriously you can not make up what a joke this firm has become. Stay away.

Ms. Crickenbarger seems to only take cases if she can piggy back on a win which must a reflection of the company as a whole. Her conduct in the courtroom wavers between meek and inappropriate jokes/ attempts at intimidating glares in the hallway. Natkin I havent worked with much beyond a phone call but he just seems creepy.. Of course, this is my oopinion but a disappointing anecdote when you consider these folks are performing a public service.

Mr. Natkin is one of the best lawyers for criminal defense in the Lexington area. I'm from the Hampton roads area and Mr. Natkin was able to take care of most of my issues with a quick telephone call or email. He also seemed to have a good relationship with many of the judges and District attorneys. Overall I am very pleased with the results I got from Mr. Natkin and I would strongly recommend bringing your case to his attention to see if he is the right lawyer for you.
